Is there a way to portfoward on linux chromebook

Im currently on chromebook, and i was gonna make a server. Untill i realized i couldn't port foward. I couldn't do the file explorer for windows. So is there way

You see this portfowarding tool doesn't work for me. That's why im looking for a different method
