No, there is actually a new series. However, it's aimed towards a much more mature audience, from what I heard, and Ren and Stimpy are lovers who like to have weird sex from time to time. Needless to say, it's only on adult stations.

It's a series. I don't know what channel, since I don't have cable, but I saw it on a commercial (at my cousin's) for a "men's" channel of sorts; two other cartoon shows besides Ren that were featured a stripper and a superhero (villian?) mouse.

I don't know how helpful that can be for you in finding it, though.
