Seriously, I'm suprised you know how to download from a website or post at all. You use Internet Exporer, yes? :?

when i downloaded it i never got that icon

Lemme guess, you didn't even install it? You just downloaded it?
You have to run the installer thingy and it'll install to wherever you point it to. Then you need to find that folder with "My Computer" ... Which is either on your desktop or on the "Start" menu... And look for some folder named "SRB2" or "Sonic Robo Blast 2"...
