Heya folks! This is a quick, brief tutorial on how you can create your own Mixtape for your SRB2 expereince!

DIFFICULTY: [ ||--- ] EASY

Step 1. Open the Music file directly from the SRB2 folder in Slade. Do note that this tutorial focuses on the .ogg music files, although you can try and do the Midi music for this. If you don't want to do the Midi files, then you can safely delete them.

Hey there, there's a slight issue with your guide: The Youtube conversion website you're linking to is not trustworthy, as about every fork of that site just tries to trick you into downloading an apk before getting to your mp3/mp4. I'd recommend either replacing the link with another site like cobalt.tools or just deleting the link outright and explaining to the user that they should get their music files their own way, just to be safe.

Sorry I made the mistake. I'll tell people to visit cobalt.tools, and I'll discredit the original source.

ok so!!
1. there's no need to make a copy of the entire music.pk3 to do this, you can make a new file with just the music you want to replace! you just gotta make sure to name the tracks properly.
2. so long as there are no scripts, maps, sprites, textures, sounds or whatever else in your wad or pk3, you can bring them into multiplayer no problem!! there's no risk of getting banned. so you can change the HUD fonts and the music, both with wad and pk3, and it won't mark your game as modified.
