How do I use the srb2 server system???????

I really, really, REALLY don't know how to use it at all.

What do I type when it says specify server address? The name or the IP?

Around a couple of months ago, I was going to try to put the SRB2 server thingy where it just shows servers you can join, and that didn't work.

Can someone just give me an explanation of how it works?

Literally all you need to do is click "Server Browser" then choose a server. The Specify Server Address box is for inputting the IP of private servers and does not need to be used.

I've been told you need radmin vpn for it, and I've entered the private IP, but it still doesn't work.

That's... no, you don't. With all due respect, whoever told you that was completely wrong. Radmin isn't even officially supported by SRB2. Some people use Radmin to host fake LAN servers, but again, this is not officially supported. You don't need Radmin to join or host servers.
