How do I open the console menu in Ring Racers?

I tried to do the thing in SRB2 by pressing the ´ key but it doesn't seem to work for Ring Racers and I'm asking this so I could see what stuff some add-ons change in my gameplay, including the fact that I want to know how to see some of the effects in TKK (Tails Khaos Kontraption)

It is not bound to a key/button by default.

You will have to go to Options > Profile Setup > (select profile) > Controls and go down to where it says "Open Console" and bind a key/button there.

Thanks for the help; very much appreciated! Honestly the profile setup is the option I least expected for it to be there.
