What operating system are you using on your Chromebook? Linux? ChromeOS?

I'm not sure hosting on ChromeOS is possible.
its the same as windows, but the problem is i cant fetch my ipv4 address. thered cmd and ipconfig on chromebook, but vhromebook uses crosh, not command prompt.

Google says:
Click on the gear settings icon. In the settings page, click on the Wi-Fi section. In the Wi-Fi section, click on the network the device is connected to. On the network page, the IPv4 Address will be listed under the IP Address section.

i done this before, and the 2017 tutorial on the MB says to paste it into the browser, and it brings up an admin page. but it doesnt work.
No, you don't copy and paste your IPv4 into your browser, you use your default gateway address.

Google says:
as of recent updates, the settings has been simplified and there is no drop downs. i also looked in the search bar, nothing.
Also, my chromebook is in dev mode/has been jailbroken, so it should be there.
