hi making a personal mod for myself and i ended up bumping to an obstacle which are NPCs
can i make them? if yes then how (dumb the explanation to the point where a 3 year old with basic understanding of english can understand), if no then
i wanna try to just take a look at Sol Sestancia but i wish to learn stuff by my own without needing to look at other's work and instead figuring it out myself rn im excluding this since i really cant get what the people at the other pages of the forums say and i just really wanna make some npcs that talks to u when u touch them
