Ok so, i have been trying to port foward, and have been using apps and tutorials, but i cant seem to port forward, i use this app to try and port foward, https://portforward.com/store/news.htm . i use all the things that are supposed to be used, including its port finder and checker, but i always get a fail message, but im also noticing something, whenever i see srb2 in the port finder, i always see that the udp changes everytime, i tried two back to back and on one it was 54874, but on the other it was 56793, please help.

You shouldn't be using an utility to port forward.
Just enter your router's page with your router's username and password and look for a way to port forward from there.
The port the game will use is 5029 (unless you specifically tell it otherwise - as long as it is within the bounds of 1 to 9999, otherwise it won't work), so forward port 5029 UDP.
I can't give you any sort of guide as routers can vary wildly, and I do not know the model of your device.
Look for a guide on how to do it - Generally, typing in a search engine "port forward" followed by your router's model would either give you a manual to read or a tutorial made by someone for that purpose.
