Wowie it's Harpy from Puyo Puyo! I tried making her fit at least decently well with the base game Arle Nadja.

Hey, welcome to the boards and welcome to releases! Just a quick heads up though, your XTRAA0 and XTRAB0 sprites have transparent backgrounds, while this isn't grounds for rejection, it's standard for them to have white backgrounds, no biggie though! You can take your time to update this if you ever intend to add more characters or just patch up Harpy alone. Wish you luck!
