i'm working on a lupy 2.1.15 port to 2.2.10 with slade, but i got an error saying:missing central directory and i don't know how to fix it .

Also the new error that appeared is that I added an obj with the char for when it spindashes, but instead of the obj it appears an exclamation obj...

That means there's a missing state for that sprite. The exclamation point diamond is the notorious "missing thing"(yes, it is called a THING. that's what a lot of objects are called in srb2). I'm not sure how you could go about fixing it, however—and I'm sorry about that—I'm just kinda here to tell you what it is/might be.

Did you freeslot the object’s state and its sprites?

I don't think you freeslotted it. You need to directly tell the game, in a script, to freeslot new states and sprites. Otherwise, what you are describing will happen. https://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Freeslot
