Game crashes when you use too many mods

...well, yeah, that's normal.
Don't load every single mod in your folder into the game. The game doesn't like it: that's a lot of stuff to process at once.

If you're playing singleplayer, only load the mods you are going to play right *then*. If you want to switch characters or map packs or something, restart the game.
 
I don't know if this is a BUG problem, but if anybody knows how to fix this, it'll be helpful!
This isn't a bug. SRB2, like any other program, has memory limitations that mods will push. Eventually, enough mods will lead to a crash. Bigger mods will reach this limit even faster, so the solution is to load fewer or smaller mods.
 
Let’s be real here how would a 32 big game load a buncha content because there’s a literal interger limit to how much data it can load in one game session

That has nothing to do with the problem... The game has limits lower than a 32 bit register for performance reasons, me thinks.
