BOOSTER CONTENT PASS V3.0 RELEASE

It's been a while! I've been working diligently on new stuff for a few months. To folks who play on my server, The House of Cream's Mom, none of this stuff is new. But I haven't done an official, final release in months, partially because I was hoping to finish a few more things. But I'm stalling out a bit, and I need a break! (And frankly, I was starting to have trouble remembering what I've released or not!)
