A port of my SRB2Kart addon for Ring Racers!

Voice clips taken from Avenue Flo. Version with only sound effects is also included.

I'll no longer be updating this character because I feel it doesn't meet the standards of a normal Ring Racers character add-on, especially in the art department.

If you want an actually decent Flo character for Ring Racers, download DrPyspy's version here. You can download it individually if you don't want the rest of the characters.
