Does anyone know how to run the latest version of Mystic realm Community edition?

i have the MRCE build.bat file and the Create.pk3 file but i honestly have no idea how to use them so does anyone know what Im supposed to do to run this mod? (or could you just send me a pk3 of the latest github build?) Also does anyone know how to use multiple model packs at once like for example Jeck Jims but without sonic and tails and have them replaced with the Saturn dreams model pack.
