Cosmic Emerald submitted a new resource:

Crouch Ability Base - You wan't your character to crouch but don't wanna learn lua? here ya go!

Not much to say, this script will make sonic crouch when you press spin, replacing the roll and spindash. (set it to a different skin in the code if you want)
you can reuse this mod if you want, just give credits.

Its a bit glitchy but can it be mapped to any of the custom buttons?? like i want the Spin to spindash. Also instead of rolling could it be a Damage state so he will look like sitting down on a chair or something

For it to be mapped to a different button, you Change it in the code, and It is just a base ability, an asset if you will.
if you want your own things added to it, just make it your own thing, it's why there is not a sprite added.

i changed the button but Sonic still cant spindash with the spin button. how can i remove it???

Remove the P_SKIN file

hey cosmic, there is a bug in your mod when you jump and hold spin as ANY character, and I do mean ANY (or be fang and hold spin)

to encounter this bug, add your mod then just play as a character (besides sonic, the character that is the only one edited) then just jump and hold spin while you are still in the "ball mode" (still in the air)

I changed the file name to Knuckles and button settings to c3 but now any char can do it,pls fix it
