This character pack I believe is to be deemed "peak."
Do you have plans to have the OCs be standalone from the other characters in the future?
Thank you! Maybe sometime in the future I could split them up from the main pack, but until the next version of Ring Racers I plan to keep them in the same file for simplicity in bug-fixing.
Fancy Pants Man was the only exception because I was posting the release to their Discord server, and wanted to make sure if they were uncomfortable with swears and all that junk that they had an option to specifically get Fancy Pants Man and nothing else.
Is there a chance you could release a standalone pk3 of Super Sonic? This is the only SS I've seen that has OP stats, which I'd like to impose as a reward for myself for getting all the emeralds.
Edit: Nvm, managed to make one myself for personal use, which I won't spread around (esp. since I don't really play online at all)
If enough people ask for standalone characters/splitting the collection into separate files, then I may make cheat characters their own collection. I didn't see a point when releasing this version since Super Sonic is the only one you can use for cheating currently.
I do give you permission to use your modified version of Super Sonic on online sessions, all I ask is that I am credited in some way for the lua code and sprite edits.
TLDR; If I do separate the characters, then they will be put into groups. I will also have separate files for gamemodes and maps. But I do not plan on making updates until the next update of Ring Racers comes out, so I can prevent having to redo a bunch of code. I hope everyone understands!
And yes I do give everyone permission to make modifications of my mod, you may host them online, just please add credits if you do so or a link to this page.
