Character Utilities have returned for Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers!

This is a port / remake of the original script based on freeman's original work for SRB2Kart, worked a bit from the ground up with a few new features or two. With help from Bloops / JugadorXEI, the mod's now available for people to toy with!
