Celing and Floor lighting linedef effects doesn't work on Tagged sectors

As the title states, Celing and Floor lighting doesnt seem to work on Tagged fofs

The green flower patch, which is an fof, should be bright but it isn't

Here i applied floor lighting to the fof which should also be bright but it isn't

I believe i set this up correctly but you can have a look at the map yourself [see attached]

[the letters C and F can be found to show which side has what effect]
