Anyone making a Bark character mod?

I am not demanding nor requesting anyone to make a Bark the Polar Bear mod, i simply only want to know whether or not someone else here is developing it. I know about "Theant3000" and "Restless Dipstick"'s attempts but i wanna know if theres someone else besides these two...

Bark is a part of a larger-scale mod I'm working on! Granted, said mod does have a pretty different gameplay style from vanilla SRB2, but out of the three characters in that mod, Bark is probably the one whose mechanics would translate the best into an addon for base SRB2 (perhaps moreso than the one that's actually in base SRB2). There's also someone working on making some proper sprites for him, which is the hardest part of just about any character mod.
