That's not what I'm getting. Sounds to me like he's talking about combining two WADs he doesn't have.

I imagine it wouldn't be that great, the Next Gen Sonic WAD might look decent in a still, but it's missing a ton of frames, and just looks weird ingame. As for gplevelpack.wad... I have no idea what that even is.
