A 3D Sonic Adventure camera script. How would i build it?

Sorry if i'm posting in the wrong place. Honestly I don't know where to start when i'm making this. It's new to me.

I must be doing something wrong because when i click on edit level headers, it says "Runtime error 53".

No. Just use a lump editor like XWE or SLumpEd for that.

Out of curiosity, do you have .net 2.0 and visual basic 6 runtimes installed?
I used to get a error a lot like this when runing SRB2 DoomBuilder and after i installed the runtimes, i very rarely get errors.
Hopefuly you should get less errors after installing the runtimes
