3rd person Crosshair, or Aiming Recitle

Does anyone know how to enable a 3rd person aiming reticle?

there was a custom WAD by @Kitoko (who apears to be banned) here: https://mb.srb2.org/threads/aiming-reticle-for-third-person.24891/

But I tried it, and couldn't get it to work.

Is there anyway via console or any addon that allows for 3rd person aiming? or does anyone know how to update this older wad so it works in new builds of SRB2?

The only way is to port it, it's reusable so maybe ask some admins first. You got to know Lua first before you can port, you have to know what your doing. If you have problems ask for some help in the Modding Help section if you need help with Lua and porting. (If you get permission to port it from the admins, of course)

Whether or not someone has permission to port something isn't up to us, it's up to the original creator. However, given that Kitoko is banned for being a child groomer, I personally believe you'd be better off in the long run restarting from scratch rather than trying to talk to them.

Please feel free to join our Discord server, where there is a channel dedicated to Lua and other scripting. Everyone there is pretty nice and it's probably your best bet for getting real help.
