Hey there! This looks like it's about ready to be approved, though I noticed that you never linked back to where you got 2011X's kart template from. I recognized it from Sin Cama's templates; we have a rule in the submissions guidelines to credit other authors and link to the work used in it. Edit the overview page of the mod to link back to the template and you should be alright. (Once you do, don't be afraid to quote this post; I'll be notified so I can check it much sooner.)
I'd also recommend adding a sound warning to the overview as well; loud sounds aren't good on some of our ears (especially headphone users)!
