Fixed [2.2.10] visually-glitchy fence at the start of CEZ1(bugfix included)

in this version of SRB2, and probably in prior 2.2.x versions, CEZ1 has had this glitchy fence at the start of the level, as seen in the 1st .gif file; the visuals on one side slope in the correct direction, but the visuals on the other side slope in the wrong direction

however, after some tinkering around with the map, I figured out how to fix it so that the fence displays properly on both sides; for what it's worth, I've tried fixing this before, but I wasn't successful until this time

so to fix it, first, you take the 2.2.10 version of the map and do what I did in the 1st MP4, and then you do what I did in the 2nd .MP4; of course, you may use a different front/back texture offset if you so desire
the result in-game will look like the second .gif file, which'll fix the bug

This rendering bug has been fixed in 2.2.11's code, so no map change is required.
