alot of reused stuff

this is just a lil project mod im working on of my own OC in SRB2 hes a jack of all trades and is planned to have more stuff soon stuff reused: light speed dash, NTOPP (the sfx and super music), the momentum jump thok, paper peelout, the fang bomb ability, the bounce, and the fail sprites...
