Default [2.1.18] JetJaw crashes players without MF_SHOOTABLE

Self-explanatory, take contact with a JetJaw with the lua attached, and instant game crash. Kinda weird this is the only enemy that has this issue. This issue was also noticed in the vehicles mod, leading to the removal of all JetJaws in SRB2 when adding that mod in the recent versions.

Here's a fix: http://git.magicalgirl.moe/STJr/SRB2/merge_requests/176

The Jet Jaws get stuck in an endless loop between A_JetJawRoam and A_JetJawChomp until the game crashes due to Lua somehow anyway.

That's for a Lua script though... I wonder what happens if a SOC was used to force MF_SHOOTABLE?
