HELP my wad is mest up

I have some discusion on the wad in help with XWE please ,
well the error is there to just A moment
I wrote- I think the problem is that I can't get the white back ground out of the sprite (i'm using paint) the error is....(just a momen't)

R_installspritelump: bad frame characters in lump FFWRDO
it is a totally awesome wad (I think) and its 2D (sorry)
-the s_skin is perfect
-I have the lumps in order
- all the lumps are complite

if someone can fix this, than they get to test the wad before it is rereased (and credit)

A 2D wad? Then it needs more work before you can even consider releasing it.

someone showed me that already, its a different error (I did everything the answer says to do too)
