I need help...I don't know how to move ;-;

To add the 2.2.4 patch is just to extract the RAR. files in the SRB2 carpet, and you move with WASD and move the camera with the mouse or the UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT. Jump with space and spin with shift.
 
For installing, i recommend this tutorial by DylanDude. (replace 2.2.2 with 2.2.4)

For the controls, play the tutorial.
