Okay, this is absolutely abysmal. I freaking HATE forcecharacter, and there is no reason that Tails and Knuckles shouldn't be allowed to do this. The textures are bland and ugly, and the level is boxy and boring. SOC'd enemies are in there for no good reason. There's no clear indication of where you're supposed to go.

And by the way, Sapphire Falls doesn't even look like this anymore. It uses GHZ textures.
