Okay, my family just got broadband less than a week ago, but I'm still on dial up because my mom gets the cable modem. What I'm wondering is this: How much would a good quality wireless router cost, and where would I get it. I need it for basic internet browsing, SRB2 netgames, and if possible, Mario Kart DS online games.

Routers can be as cheap as about 30 bucks and still be pretty decent.
Get 'em anywhere. Walmart, Target, Fry's, Best Buy...

Of course, WIRELESS routers would cause somewhat bad slowdown unless you get the uber l33t ones which are quite a bit more expensive and tend to be less stable.

I would suggest the Linksys Wireless G router. Its easy to setup for port forwarding and all that. Plus its on sale all the time for around 30$.

Yesh, that's apparently what I have at the moment. It's compatable with the DS's wireless games, too. :)
