Win7 SRB2 Sourcecode Compiling error ! ...

So i was trying to compile the Source code of SRB2 ,but i failed ? ... I Got the next error :

I Followed everything said at this section of the Wiki Step by step :
* Installed MinGW
* Installed dependencies
* Did the Next steps ..
but when i started to compile just got the next error,Compiling program is MinGW .... any reason why is this happening ?
Error 1 : Specified path is not found .

You tried to change the current directory command prompt looks at to a directory that is on a different drive, which doesn't work like that. Before you can cd into the source folder. You gotta change the current drive by typing in the drive letter, then cd into the source folder.
