That would be hilarious and extremely bad at the same time.

Besides, there are much better DOOM engines to modify to make a Mario Party one, and something with hub and powerful scripting support like ZDoom would allow you to make it WITH the current engine, although there'd still be a houseload of work to do. Mario Party just isn't one of the things that should be made in the DOOM engine.
