Srb2kart opengl

So I had this problem where I set the srb2kart renderer to opengl it's just show an error message can anyone help me here?

If it happens on start up it would mean that your pc cannot use OpenGL

I can toogle opengl on srb2 2.1 so what the problem i can on srb2 2.1 so why i can't on kart and 2.2
