Well, if you pay attention, then you will notice there is a "Video Games" section on the MB, I'd suggest going there to realease any kind of demo.

Game demos go in Video Gaming
Sonic game demos go in Sonic The Hedgehog
Music demos go here in General Discussion
SRB2 addons go in editing or releases depending on their status. If in doubt, ask.
