Confirmed Spawn in wrong place on new map after exiting while touching star post

1. Add Ex_ld002_customexit.wad
2. Go to Greenflower Zone, Act 1 (MAP01)
3. Stand on the starpost as the level ends

Expected Result:
Level should end, player starts next map from the Player 1 Start

Actual Result:
Starpost activates again, level ends, player starts next map from the coordinates of the starpost in the previous level

I don't understand what are you trying to do, checkpoint in exit sector ? Why not simply a "Level end sign" .
 
This seems like a hacky way to pull off multiple starts to a level, if one positions map locations properly. Then again, this could also result in being stuck outside the map.
 
Turns out this bug only happens if you turn on the "skip score tally" feature of the custom exit linedef special. Must be because the gamestate doesn't change before changing to the next level in that situation, as far as I can tell?
