It's a 2D rooftop platformer where you save random scantily clad chicks that thank him, to which he responds, "you must be 18 or older to ride".
 
Ha ha ha. XD

Unfortunately, this game didn't sell well when it was first released. Hope it does better this time around.

Are you implying that this is a bad thing, somehow?

On topic, I've got the full version of this game. It's pretty all right, although there's a few more sewer levels than there really should be. Not as good as the original Duke 3D, but I'd say, from what I played, that it'd fit more or less perfectly on XBLA.

...Yeah, Duke wasn't all that badass back in the 2D games.

But isn't Manhattan Project one of 3Ds expantions?
