Port 5029?

This is gonna be the biggest, dumbest, idiotic question in the whole world.......

What time is it?

Just kidding. Here's the question. I know I was supposed to type in netstat/listserv or something into the console to find out if port 5029 was there, but the problem is FINDING port 5029. Is it supposed to be some sort of program on the computor or something. The explination is VERY confusing, can't grasp a thing. Any help would TRULY be appreciated.

And sorry if this broke any rules. Browsed through the rules and didn't find anything about this being not good for the forums. And this may be a noob question, but I am NOT a computor wiz.

Port 5029 is the port you forward on your router (if you have Broadband) to have the ability to host netgames.

How do I use it, that's my question. The guide is kinda confusing.
