What does it mean, "Consistency failure"?

I'm new, and I just now tried to get into a netgame, but when I got on, it said "You have been kicked from game: Consistency failure".

What does that mean? Did someone kick me off or something?

It means the game is using too much data transfering than it is capible of. AKA, Srb2 hasn't got it's netplay fixed.

It seems to be a random error. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. Oftentimes, just waiting 5 minutes before trying again completely solves your problem.

There is a liquid in your computer that is not consistent enough. *murdered painfully*

Hardly. A consistency failure is when the client's data doesn't match up with the server's data. This is most easily done by adding in a file midgame as the client. Additionally, if the connection drops some packets, then that'll cause a consis fail. There are also other random times it happens, but there's no real fix but to restart SRB2 and rejoin. And not do anything retarded, of course, like adding in a file mid game.
