I got this ghost data here that reliably crashes the game. (tested it 5 times)
It's Metal Sonic in Pipe Tower Zone, I fall into one of the death pits which instantly crashes the game.
Fixed it on my PC by removing the ghost file, but I've attached it and the srb2win.RPT in case someone wants to take a look what exactly is causing the crash.
