Setting slower mouselook aim

I'd like to know how I can set a slower mouselook aim while I'm using first person shooter. My crosshair is "moving" too fast so I can't aim at targets very well. On the other hand, my character moves fairly good.
 
Options -> Setup Controls -> Mouse Options -> Mouse Speed

For vertical aiming, there's also MLook Speed.
 
MOUSESENS is perfect. My problem was MLOOKSEENS (I discovered this variable now), it was set MLOOKSEENS 32, not 10.
