Suggestion/Help: SRB2 Croc Mod

Me!
I wish to make a mod for SRB2 making it look like the game "Croc: Legend of the Gobbos". How would I go about it and does anyone want to help?
 
Do not ask for teams to make mods for you. If you want to go at something like this, ask again on the "Editing Help" forum, and/or check the wiki.
 
Blitz the Coyote summed it up quite nicely, even if it wasn't really appropiate of him to say it.
