Finally a new level to try. Yays!

YOU'RE DOING IT RIGHT

The hallways seem a bit cramped, the dead-end monitor rooms are going to lead to some pretty viscious hymen-tearing, and the way you're meant to get over the rows of boxes on the path to the opposing team's flag room doesn't seem all too intuitive. I can't see this working too well in an actual CTF game (And it's nigh-impossible to tell nowadays with no competent hosts), but the level design is quite solid, for a change. Good use of zoom tubes here as well.
 
Very well done, i think overall the improvement you need is.

+Bad Things
-More Room to move.
-More Rings
-Overall More Monitors only saw the few in the tunnel and the "Poorly" hidden area.

+Good Things
-Great use of Zoom Tube.
-Awesome Underwater Level.
-Good use of Objects
-Overall the textures are a great choice, and almost perfect level size.
