Character waad issues - Single player select

I'm not sure how or why this happens, but I have a custom character I'm working on that, when I go to the character select screen, only the first four letters of his name appear in the list. Everything else works properly. Any ideas?

What the? Do you have a space in between them? Or is there an enter space?

Spaces aren't supported if I remember right, or it could just be S_SKINS.

Spaces are supported for the character's name on Level Select, it's the skin name that doesn't support them.

There is a space, but the space is the sixth character in the name, so it doesn't explain why the fifth and beyond is cut off.

No, spaces are NOT supported on character select. They will make the name go weird. Suppose your character is named SUPER SONIC on the select screen. It will delete everything after the space, and, oddly, one letter before. Thus, instead of SUPER SONIC, the character select screen will say SUPE.

According to this, the Player name part of it does support spaces. =/
