Final CP checking through Lua

Is there a way to check if the player has passed the final Star Post in a level through Lua? I want to make an addon that adds the "Final lap!" jingle for SRB2's Competition/Race game modes.

And before you ask, yes, I'm holding off Crewmate until summer.
