net launcher problems

Ok I think something's wrong with my net launcher. Everytim I try to put a wad in the game it says "runtime error 53 file not found." Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it? I need it to test out a few wads.

Put the launcher in the same folder with all of your other SRB2 stuff.

You adding a wad that's not in the same folder as SRB2? That would cause a problem.

Okay I got it working now (don't know how though).

You probaly did it by putting the files into the srb2 folder, then uyou used the luancher.

You guys are being redundant. :?


What they mean is to put it in the same directory. You can't have it in a subfolder of srb2; it needs to be the exact location where the program is at.

actually you don't. set it to all files and add srb2win like a wad (make sure it's the very last thing you add) and then run it. you'll get a wad not found message but after that it runs. i haven't tested this with the launcher in a different directory.
also with batch files (see my sig) files can be in another directory as long as the actual batch file is with the launcher.
