SRB2 Palette = SRB2K Palette?

I'm working on a character mod for SRB2, and I hope I didn't just screw up; is the SRB2 palette (as far as the green you can change) the same as the SRB2Kart palette?
 
Not quite. SRB2Kart 1.x uses the old SRB2 2.1 palette.
SRB2 2.2 uses a revamped palette, which you can find within srb2.pk3.
 
If you have SLADE, an pallete option named Sonic Robo Blast 2 (Legacy) should appear. You click on it and the pallete should appear like in srb2 previous version including karts.
