Dev C++ Compiling files

I decided recently that I was going to attempt to mess with srb2's source code, but I remembered something about having to have a few particular files in order to get it to compile correctly. A forum search did yield a result having a link to darkwarrior's sepwich directory, but he just happened to change it to a political blog recently. The wiki appeared to have absolutely nothing on it as well. Is there any chance of having a download link to these files? Also, I remember something about an md5 checksum editor which may or may not be useful. A link to both or either would be appreciated.

Also as a side note: Are there any other files or things I should be aware of while attempting this?
