There's been a bit of a problem with some released wads lately. Users have been randomly editing wads, but keeping the filename identical. It would be very useful that if you update your own or someone else's wad (after asking, of course) that you should make a new version number or change the filename is some sort of way, so others don't end up redownloading between 5 toggling versions of the same wad. Some of the wads which have this problem include senku.wad, senya.wad, househideandseek.wad, and quite a few others. A good exaple of version use is GH2. There are many different versions of that same wad, but at least the wad maker took some sense into making different versions.

Yeah, I hate that. I have 3 version of senku somewhere on my bard drive, and someone even did it to my saeggman.wad. The first wad of mine to have that happened to, and anytime I have to download a wad over, and over, because of idiots on the ms, I get PO'd. Why do people do this crap?
