Oh hey, since this is being developed again I can finally say, this wall of text is really hard to parse. A simple color change to separate the sound name from the source would do wonders.
Changelog:

Okay... this is a bit of a confusing update, so let me explain.
SI-HTpak was a whopping 60mb, one of the largest track packs on the message board. The upload limit is 64mb. So, from here on out, the SI-HT contest packs will be packaged separately.

Now that it's been a bit over a month, the creators of the maps in SI-HT MC2 have had ample time to polish and perfect their maps. They're finally available for public release!
V2:
- Added SI-HT MC2 maps
- Some maps are omitted and will be added in the future by creator's request.
I don't currently have any plans to add those maps back into rotation. Personally, I think they are some of the oldest and stinkiest layouts, and I'd like to redo more of my old maps in the future. The only way I can see myself releasing a legacy pack is if I run out of M_ map slots.
